Celebrating Craft in America
The Paul Revere House is proud to be participating in Handwork 2026, a 250th anniversary collaboration with Craft in America and over 300 historical and cultural sites, to celebrate American handmade craft traditions.
Check out our segment from PBS’s Craft in America series including interviews with Paul Revere House staff, and Silversmith Ubaldo Vitali, a fourth-generation metalworker from Italy who makes original work and restores historical silver, including the work of Paul Revere. You can also view the full PBS series here!
Imagining Paul Revere’s Legacy in Poetry
Paul Revere was made famous by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow’s poem, Paul Revere’s Ride, and, as part of our November 13th 2025 concert program, his life and legacy have also now been explored by Inaugural Commonwealth of Massachusetts Poet Laureate Regie Gibson in his new poem Dear Paul Revere or Forge, Shape, Shine! We are thrilled to now be able to share a recording and transcript of the poem here.
